FAQ

Why do I need to become verified in order to reveal all domain names?

In order to protect our customers and limit fraud all new users will be limited to purchases ≤ than $1000. In order to lift this limitation all users will need to get verified. The verification process is simple, all you need to do is deposit $5 from your PayPal account to your DomainPurity account, and upload a viewable, scanned copy of the PayPal account holder's government-issued photo identification.

After we checked and confirmed the above steps, we upgrade your account to the Verified Status.

Will my personal information be secure after I share it with you?

Our site possesses an SSL certificate, which means all personal data is protected by a secure, encrypted connection.

How do I buy domains?

Congratulations! You've taken the first step in acquiring the perfect domain name. All of our domains are available for instant purchase and transfer.

In order to buy any domains you will have to be logged in to your account. When browsing our inventory, if you see something you like, you will have to click the cart button next to it. Add as many domain names as you wish to the cart. When done, click the “My Cart” button from the main top menu and then continue through the checkout process.

How does the domain transfer process work?

This process is a built-in part of the checkout procedure. After the payment for your domains is confirmed, you will be prompted to submitting your relevant registrar details.

Registrars are companies that register and manage domains, such as GoDaddy or Enom. There are multiple domain registrars, however we only work with a few. (GoDaddy, Enom, Name.com and some others)

Transferring a domain inside a registrar, from one account to another, is almost an immediate action, and it's also free. That is why we prefer this method, as compared with transferring domains between registrars which is more complicated and requires both extra time and money.

If you don't have an account in the relevant registrar, our best advice is simply to open one. It takes only a few minutes. This way the domains will be transferred to your account shortly after the payment is made and the account details are received.

How can I check a domain's backlinks?

For all our domains we show total amount of external backlinks registered by Majestic SEO. You can just click on the number of links for your chosen domain and you will be redirected to Majestic SEO site where you can check all parameters in detail.

What is the difference between natural and fake PR domains?

Natural PR domains are domains that have received their PR from having a high quality natural backlinks profile, whereby a fake PR domain is a domain that has derived its PR unnaturally, or a domain that has no longer high quality natural PR backlinks to support its PR.

How to check if a domain has fake PR?

1. Redirection Check. Make the following search on Google: "site:domain.com". Now, if the domain in the result is different than "domain.com", then its PR is probably fake.

2. Looking at the domain's backlinks. PageRank still works in much the same way it always has – you’re unlikely to ever get a higher PR than that of your highest PR link. So if a site is showing a PR[X], check its backlinks and it should have at least a few PR[X] and probably at least 1 PR[X+1] in its backlink profile.

Important: we deal with natural PR domains only!

What are domain authority (DA) and page authority (PA)?

Domain authority is a metric, developed by SEOMoz, to predict the ability of a website / domain to rank in search engines. Domain authority uses a 0 to 100 logarithmic scale. A high Domain authority score means your complete website / all the pages on your domain have the potential to rank well in search engine results.

Page authority is a metric, developed by SEOMoz, to predict the ability for a specific page to rank in search engines. Page authority uses a 0 to 100 logarithmic scale. A high Page authority score means your page has the potential to rank well in search engine results.

What are Majestic Trust flow (TF) and Majestic Citation Flow (CF)?

Trust Flow is a metric developed by MajesticSEO to predict how trustworthy a page is based on how trustworthy sites tend to link to trustworthy neighbors. Links from within trusted neighbourhoods are more trustworthy than links from spammy neighbourhoods. Trust Flow uses a 0 to 100 logarithmic scale.

Citation Flow is a metric developed by MajesticSEO to predict how influential a URL might be based on how many sites link to it. The more links that the site has, the higher it’s Citation Flow. CF also uses a 0 to 100 logarithmic scale. As Majestic SEO’s Fresh Index is updated almost daily, Citation and Trust Flow are very useful metrics not only for what they show you, but in their freshness too. Compared to SEOMoz’s metrics which are updated monthly and PageRank which is updated every few months, Trust & Citation Flow can give you daily updates.
